Shipping
Orders ship within 2 business days from our London studio. UK delivery is £4 (free over £65), 2–4 working days. International shipping is available to most countries — calculated at checkout.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days on unopened products. If something arrives damaged or you have a reaction, write to us — we’ll make it right, no questions asked.
FAQ
Are your products vegan? Most are. The Honey & Beeswax bar is the only exception.
Do you test on animals? Never. We test on ourselves and a small group of friends with sensitive skin.
How long do products last? 12 months unopened, 6 months once opened. We make small batches so nothing sits on a shelf.
